My Olympic Sport – Biathalon – cross country skiing and shooting – seems like it would be fun – kinda boring to watch but I like to see if they make the shots. And cross country skiing is just like fast walking – I think I could do that.

Olympic Jokes from Boy Scout Magazine:
Dan: Why does Cinderella never win the Olympics?
    Stan: Why?
Dan: She has a pumpkin for a coach and runs away from the ball.
Joke by Danny C., Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

Daffynition: Olympiads — Commercials shown during the Summer and Winter Games.
Joke by Padraic B., Oakland, N.J.

Correction: Young Sheldon’s gramma is NOT Jamie Lee Curtis – must have been drinking that day – it’s Annie Potts. I believe this was discussed correctly during the first Young Sheldon discussion – but I feel remiss not correcting myself!

I feel like I need to see Animal House again – like Stennie – it’s been a really long time for me.

Even though I am not current on episodes, thanks to Kellie’s leading comment, I am guessing you talked about what events you might like to do. Most of them scare me because they are truly deadly; however, as a young athlete, if someone had introduced me to snowboarding, I think I would have loved snowboard cross. I enjoy watching that event with four, sometimes five, athletes racing down the course.

I have enjoyed Jimmy Roberts’ studio show on in the afternoons where he and three or four journalists discuss the Games. (It is akin to the Sunday Sports Reporters show on ESPN.) And I always enjoy Mary Curillo’s stories although I think I only saw two this time — I don’t know how many she did.

Lastly, Johnny & Tara have been terrific. I absolutely love how they know when and where to have fun and when and where to get serious.

    Have a great show!

    Donna
