Hucklebug-a-thon 2009 - IT IS ON.
This is it, Hucklebuggers, Blogathon 2009 is on! On July 25th, for 24 hours, we will be KICKING. CANCER’S. ASS. Beginning at 6 AM Pacific/9 AM Eastern, we will be podcasting every half hour until 6 AM/9 AM on the morning July 26th, and all our sponsorship money is going to The American Cancer Society. What can YOU do?
1. You can sign up to SPONSOR US at the Blogathon website.
2. You can post topic ideas here, because we will have a lot of time to fill. There will be 49 short episodes in all—about 5-10 minutes in length.
3. You can help us out immensely by dropping by the Hucklebug on July 25th, listen to the episodes, give us moral support, and leave us lots of comments. Help keep us awake!
4. Spread the word! On your Facebook, on your Twitter, in your blog, your Myspace, your LinkedIn, whatevers, y’all.
We did this back in 2007 (unofficially, since we weren’t available on the day of the official Blogathon), and I believe we raised in the neighborhood of $300 or so. Let’s see that total skyrocket this year. Thank you all in advance for your support!
