Hey Ladies – having a lot of trouble listening these days. Not sure if it is the new iPhone podcast software or Verizon is screwy these days, but over the last 4-6 weeks I can’t download episodes (it keeps saying try later…) and I mostly listen in the car with them downloaded so I’m having many issues. And just for the record, I HATE the new update to the podcast software, Apple!! Please do something, Apple!!! I am very behind on my podcast listening and have just been listening to the radio in the car!!

Bet – glad you got the wart removed! That’s crazy about Milo getting out, hope that your vet bills are slowing down and he continues to get better! Your Roanoke vacation sounds nice – I could use some time focusing on lotion!! Ha!! Sorry about your back, though πŸ™ Thanks for the nice comments about Ervin, the handsome!

Stennie – love Odd Bot Out! Sorry to hear about a Long Way Down isn’t good, I liked that book and I like Bronson, in general. I was in Seattle for work the weekend before Thanksgiving, I tried to wave in your direction!! Good luck with the end of your play! I would love to come see it!! It’s been forever since I’ve seen Tuna Christmas!

Bet, I don’t think you said what flavor Propel you drink. Grape Propel is my go-to drink after I’ve had my two Diet Cokes at work. I do water it down to stretch it out and it is easy to do with the powdered version. When I travel, I take those little packets and sprinkle it in my hiking water. I have tried the Kroger store brand grape flavored packets, too; they are good once you get past the fact that they are a little different tasting from Propel.

Stennie, as for your comment, “Donna, you really need to get your own Facebook page,” I will say this: One back account, one credit card, one email address, one Facebook account, 29 years. [I will try to remember to only post comments on Hucklebug.com so that it is clear who is making the comment.]

I first fell in love with Helen Mirren in Prime Suspect. I can’t remember which of you who said it, but yes, she was a very flawed character but it made for good TV. It is lonely at the top — or so I hear. I am no where near the top, nor do I want to be!

I want you to know that on my lengthy “to do” list today is “comment on the Hucklebug.” check that box, I’m doing it now. I’m also listening again, because it’s been a while, and I don’t remember the episode.

Awww, Heidi’s week really isn’t complete without a comment from me?! Shucks. My week isn’t complete without a Hucklebug.

So Bet – The Wolfpack — this is really based on a true story? It sounds like a dystopian nightmare. I may have to watch it.

Elvis! I just downloaded his book on Audible.com. I’m going to start listening after the HB today. Chris Difford of all people suggested it (he’s listening, too.) He said it was incredible to be enveloped in his genius. I’m looking forward to that.

Next comment. I can’t let the comments get too long, because my browser has been very crashy lately.

Milo – how is that little boy? Any back problems since he’s been on the antibiotics? When does he go back for more tests?

Bet – thanks for telling us the whole story about Taylor’s proposal! I got a little teary. I feel like I’ve known that kid his whole life! When is the weeding?

I’m so glad you did the PBS topic! Heidi, we snapped and snapped and snapped. I have to add one show you didn’t mention though: Are You Being Served? Love that show.

Also on my list is something probably not shown in other markets. Geoffrey Baer tours in Chicago. Super interesting. Here’s a link to check him out: http://www.wttw.com/main.taf?p=1,9

I’ve never watched Downton Abbey or Doc Martin though. Maybe someday.

Merry Christmas to you both! XOXOOX
