I ended up not getting the Amazon Echo. I figured for now I should save my money because I need an ultra light tent for backpacking and that’s more of a priority at the moment. But Alexa is on my wish list for the future (along with a Nest thermostat.)
I have a movie…People Like Us. I will admit, I cried (twice.) Movie wasn’t around very long, so I guess it didn’t have a huge box office, and maybe it was a bit more indie. It stars Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks and Michelle Pfeiffer. And maybe family films like that get me sometimes since I was adopted. I found it thought provoking, entertaining and sweet. Thumbs up (also based on a true story from the director’s own life!)
