Hahaha, well, I ended up doing about 12.2 miles of the marathon after I said I wasn’t going to run it. I need to keep training for my half marathon in 2 weeks, so decided to jump into the marathon at about the half way point when my friends passed by my apt. That was much easier than doing the entire race.
Flowers for athletes – Hmm…Tanner Foust. He’s a race car driver (first in Formula Drift and currently Rallycross.) “Probably nothing that guy can’t do with a race car…” (line roughly taken from Days of Thunder I believe.) He’s been a joy to watch win again and again over the years.
Oh, maybe Troy Polamalu from the Pittsburgh Steerlers cause he seems like a nice dude and has wild curly hair like mine!
