Well, well, well…imagine my surprise when listening to this week’s show (I’m caught up!) and learning that I could be getting a distinguished visitor! I still don’t have the details from Doug, but I’m excited to hear them.
I also didn’t know about Mom’s billboard. How awesome is that?! About the moniker “Mom,” I’m not sure how it started either. By the time I started showing up regularly, she already had the nickname.
Congratulations to Stennie on your continued meditation practice! I listen to guided meditations for the purpose of falling asleep and have for years, but I’m way too impatient to meditate on my own. Sitting still is not my forté. Although, I suppose if I lived somewhere the temperature reached 120 degrees out of nowhere, I might change my tune.

Stennie – that meditation is the best! Ha! I have half-hearted thoughts to try some meditation – this might be a nice way to get started. I’m also put off often by rolling my eyes on some of these that I have tried. OK – I’m trying to get past the expense but you have made a good case for teeth cleaning 🙂
Bet – I keep hearing good things about Summer of Soul – I’ve got to figure out how to watch this! It seems like every night we are watching whatever food channel has the “darn tootin right” promo and I really wish we’d get past this!
