Well Hello again
Another week gone in a flash. I am very slowly improving, thank the lord as Chloe’s wedding is 3 weeks away.
Bet, i remember your mum and dad buying that big portrait of John Wayne for my mum and you telling me at the time. It meant so much that they thought of her to but it but sorry they were stuck with it.
Like you both, even despite Shane McGowans Voice, I loved him. Do you know he was actually a ‘plastic paddy’ like my husband as he was born in Kent in the U.K.
Stens, you was talking about your friend never seeing Schindlers list. I kinda get that, not the happiest of films although I loved it and on my recent visit to Krakow, we went in a brief trip and saw the actual Schindler factory. It is now a museum but we did not have time to go in it.
Bet knows my love for old American cars and my brother in law, in the 80’s had so many, Lincoln’s LTD’s, big old station wagons and even and old police car at one point. We often say if he had them now, he would be Rich!
Chloe lived ‘wicked’ but not got around to watching it myself yet.
