Hi There
Good to hear you back bet. I hope things continue to improve for you.
Great news Stens re you directing the play.
Thank you for your lovely comments re Chloe and Wills. Wedding.
We were blessed with good weather and it was a really lovely day.
They have been in Italy on honeymoon but back to reality soon.
Loved Gerry Lewis growing up but never realised he was such a jerk. I watched a film recently called ‘resistance’. It was a true story about Marcel Marceau played by Jesse Eisenberg. I always hated Marcel Marceau until I watched this film and now have a new found respect for him. It like the roles have switched.
On that note, I will bid you farewell until next time.
Ps. I don’t like all of R.E.M.’s music but live Michael Stipe.

Hi! Remember me? I’ve been going through it, but things must be getting better since I not only listened to the HB within an hour of it coming out, but I’m actually commenting before it’s too late!
First of all/ congratulations on directing again, Stenns! I don’t suppose these performances could ever be streamed? Not for free of course, but available for those of us who can’t get to Bellingham?
And Bet! I’m so glad things are looking up for you. I hope this issue never happens again, and that you’re all cured and healing perfectly.
I’m with you on Jerry Lewis. He annoyed the shit out of me. I did, however, watch the telethon. Growing up, the TV was on that entire weekend it was on. He was toned down and very nearly human. Near the end, he was hardly ever on. But then we had Ryan Secrest I think? Some other person I didn’t like. And now we never hear about muscular dystrophy anymore. Did it get cured?
Have a good show, ladies!!
We listened to the “reunion” show this morning and I just wanted to thank Bet/Betsy for sharing about the good and the bad of her hospital and rehab stays, knowing that’s where my Dad might one day end up. Thank you, too, for recognizing the RN you had at the hospital. So many patients tell nurses they will report positively on them but rarely follow through to do so…….unless it’s negative. But especially if it was for a Daisy Award for him, I am sure he appreciated it.
Keep marching up those steps!
