Hello! I’ve caught up again by listening while I’m hiking in Pocahontas State Park. And I’ve try to write myself a note to remind myself of comments I would like to make.

Bet, I’m sorry I missed my You Rule on #756 after my visit with you in your office. Thank you.

We have also watched Season 2 of Man on the Inside. And yes, it’s good but agree that it’s not quite as good as Season 1.

I notice, Bet, that you talk about “modern country” and “modern bluegrass.” I don’t care for either. Just give me the old stuff.

Interesting too to hear your discussion about current musicians, etc. Janet keeps up with some of the popular artists because her Zumba instructors use it in classes. She knows people that I have never even heard of! I listen to an independent radio station in Virginia, WNRN. They play some national artists but a lot of new local or regional artists. I will hear a song or a band or a singer on the radio that I like and sometimes we will see that artist in a local festival or other venue and I like them less. I have trouble with how loud the bands/musicians are when they are live versus in a recording studio where the emphasis seems to be the lyrics and the lead singer. I guess I’m just getting old.

Have a great show. Have great holidays. Looking forward to your year end wrap up shows.
