I forgot to make this comment last week but I was glad to hear Bet saw the movie “Chef.” We saw it and the more heavily marketed “One Hundred Feet” movie with Helen Mirren within two weeks of each other in the theatre and we definitely liked “Chef” better. It was a cute story. I can’t remember where you watched it, Bet, so not sure you saw the closing credits (We are always the last to leave a theater!) but we loved the “real” chef teaching the actor chef how to make a grilled cheese sandwich.

Speaking of food trucks, you might be able to do a topic around food trucks — not that there are any in Bluefield or are there, Bet? — but you could you what kind of food truck you might have, from what kind of food truck you would like to eat and maybe your favorite food truck(s) you have visited. One of Janet’s nephews is a chef in London and has started his own food tent business — no food truck, just a tent, but the same concept of mobile street food.

And speaking of Janet, how about a congratulatory shout out to her as she gathers tomorrow with some of the “set” [we would call it “class”] of women with whom she entered nursing school 40 years ago. Nurses rule!
