Stennie – loved the story about Scout and the meditation voice – how funny! I really liked that meditation video you posted, by the way. That is just priceless – particularly if you have listened to any of those previously!! Glad you like your Garmin Fitness watch – I have a Fit Bit – but I like the idea of it having a line when you sit too long. I need that on mine!! I have spent time at night going up and down the stairs to get my step and stair goal. It’s a nice motivator!
