Glad you both enjoyed the Indian rhythm youtube – I had to watch it many times πŸ™‚

Here’s a word origin for a phrase I said today “Sorry I was boguarding your juice” – I don’t know the spelling – where did that word come from??

Stennie – congrats on the new bed – I looked that up – that seems amazing. We bought our mattress in 1999 – there is only so much flipping you can do – I really need to find a time to invest – the ability to adjust it looks amazing!

Bet – congrats to you for finding those comfy foundation garments!! “Improvement” word of the year (is that the right word??) – I’ve been getting up early and getting myself working out with hand weights and I can fit into my pre-pandemic pants again – whew. Unfortunately I had already up-sized those pants the last couple of years so more to do – but I’m going to consider that “improved” for now πŸ˜‰
